RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Return & Exchange Policy for 30-DAY

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Ellianas Boutique, so we provide a 30-day return and exchange policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition if you inform us within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us if you decide to return or exchange.

Once the customer's return or exchange request has been authorized, we will send our warehouse address.

Return & Exchange Policies 

1. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

2. The deadline for returning or exchanging items should not be later than 30 days from the date of receiving the original order.

3. When making returns or exchanges, customers should ensure they use a shipping method that includes tracking. Items returned or exchanged without tracking will not be processed.

4. When returning items, please make sure to include any promotional gifts that were received. If the promotional gift is not included, the retail price of the gift will be deducted from your refund. For exchanges, please note that customers are responsible for covering the shipping fee. The specific shipping fee will depend on the area of the address. Thank you for your cooperation.

Things to Consider Before Making Returns

1. Returns are not accepted for gifts or anything with non-returnable markings.

2. We refuse to consider returned products that were delivered back without valid returns permission..

​

3.Returned items must be unopened and in their original packaging. We will not accept returned items that have been used damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

4. We don't offer freight-to-collect (FTC) service for packages returned to us. Returns will be carried out at your own expense. * The original delivery price isn't refundable. If you receive a free delivery discount, the real shipping charge will be deducted.

How to Make a Return

1. Drop off your parcel at a nearby post office.

2. We refuse to consider returned products that were delivered back without valid returns permission.

​

3. Once we receive your package, we aim to process most returns within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment account, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. Please note that the refund amount is calculated based on the actual amount paid, accounting for any discount codes used and sales.

4. If you need to return an item, please contact our Customer Service team at info@ellianasboutique.com with details about the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return

5. In situations when a discount coupon is applied or a sale happens, the refund is calculated according to the actual amount spent.

Refund ( If Applicable)

When we receive and check your return, we will contact you via email to confirm receipt of the item. You will be informed if your refund has been approved or rejected. If your refund gets approved, it will be processed and credited to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.  - If you would like the refund to be credited to your original payment account, please reach out to us for authorization.

 

- Please note that the shipping rate prior to any discount will be applicable and unfortunately non-refundable. While you may have previously enjoyed complimentary or reduced shipping fees, it's important to understand that we do bear the actual cost of shipping for each and every order. Therefore, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide refunds for our original shipping expenses.

​To be eligible, please ensure the following:

The item is still in its original packaging and has not been used or damaged.

Any products that do not meet these criteria will unfortunately not be eligible for return.

After getting confirmation from our customer care, please send the product together with the product list, containing the product ID. A tracking code for the returning parcel is vital; we will process the product exchange or refund after we receive your return parcel.

Order Cancellation

​

Once your order is placed, we will promptly start producing the items. If you decide to cancel within 12 hours of placing the order, there will be no cancellation fee. However, if the cancellation is made after 12 hours, a 30% cancellation fee will apply. Once the package has been sent, cancellation will no longer be possible.
